1.Purpose

This AI Policy sets out the principles and standards for the responsible use of the artificial intelligence (AI) features of LCMD Studio (the "Service") provided by Leferi Inc. ((주)레페리, the "Company") and of their outputs ("AI Outputs"). This Policy applies together with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy; in case of conflict, the Terms of Use prevail.

2.AI Features of the Service

The Service provides AI features that generate and edit images, videos, and text based on the product images, references, prompts, and other materials that members enter or upload, as well as features for producing content with AI-generated virtual personas (casts).

AI Outputs may be produced through models of external AI model and generation engine providers contracted by the Company; such processing follows the outsourcing provisions of the Privacy Policy.

3.Nature and Limitations of AI Outputs

AI Outputs are generated probabilistically, so the same input may yield different results, and outputs may contain inaccurate or unintended expressions, or show a product’s shape, color, or text differently from the original.

Before using AI Outputs commercially or publicly, members must verify the accuracy of product information, compliance with labeling and advertising laws, and whether any third-party rights are infringed.

4.Prohibited Uses

Members must not use the AI features of the Service to generate, post, or distribute any of the following content.

• Content that synthesizes the face, voice, or body of a real person without their consent, or that could be mistaken for a real person
• Content that sexualizes children or minors, or that is obscene or promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Content that infringes the copyright, portrait rights, trademarks, personal data, or other rights of others
• Labeling or advertising that misrepresents a product’s efficacy, ingredients, or certifications, or that misleads consumers
• Content intended to manipulate elections or political opinion or to spread disinformation
• Any other content that violates applicable laws or the Terms of Use

The Company may restrict generation, remove content, or suspend use for content or accounts that violate these standards, in accordance with the Terms of Use.

5.Disclosure of AI Outputs

When a member posts AI Outputs in advertising, on social media, or elsewhere, the posting member is responsible for disclosing that the content was generated by AI or features a virtual persona, as required by applicable laws and each platform’s policies.

For content on virtual persona (cast) channels that the Company itself operates and publishes, the Company discloses that the content is AI-generated.

6.Processing of Input Data

Content and inputs uploaded by members are processed to the extent necessary to provide, operate, and improve the Service and to produce AI Outputs, in accordance with the Terms of Use, and any personal data included is protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Members must not upload materials that infringe the personal data or rights of others, and must obtain any necessary consent from a real person before uploading their photographs.

7.Rights and Responsibilities

The scope of use and intellectual property of AI Outputs, as well as the Company’s disclaimers and limitations of liability, are governed by the Terms of Use.

8.Reports and Inquiries

If you believe an AI Output of the Service violates this Policy or infringes your rights, you may report it to contact@lcmd.com. The Company will review the report, take any necessary action, and inform you of the outcome.

9.Changes to this Policy

The Company may revise this Policy in line with changes in law, AI technology, or the Service, and will announce the changes and their effective date through the Service.
