1.Purpose

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between [운영사명] (the "Company") and its members, as well as the conditions and procedures for using LCMD Studio (the "Service") provided by the Company.

2.Definitions

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.

• "Service" means the AI-based visual and content generation service and all related ancillary services provided by the Company.
• "Member" means a person who agrees to these Terms, creates an account, and uses the Service.
• "Content" means all materials — images, text, video, and the like — that a Member uploads to or inputs into the Service.
• "AI Output" means images, video, text, or other results generated through the Service’s artificial intelligence features based on a Member’s input or uploaded Content.
• "Account" means the login information set by a Member (such as an email address) for identification and use of the Service, together with the information linked to it.

3.Effect and Amendment of the Terms

These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or otherwise notified to Members.

The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable law. When amending, the Company will announce the effective date and reasons at least 7 days in advance, and at least 30 days in advance for changes that are unfavorable or material to Members, where a separate consent process may apply. If a Member continues to use the Service after the notice without expressly objecting, the Member is deemed to have agreed to the amendment.

4.Registration and Account

Membership is established when a user agrees to these Terms, applies in accordance with the Company’s procedures, and the Company accepts the application. Users must provide accurate and current information upon registration.

Members are responsible for managing their own account and login information and may not transfer, lend, or share it with third parties. A Member must notify the Company immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of the account.

Members may register and sign in through social login (third-party authentication) such as Google, Apple, Kakao, and Naver. In such cases, the Member is deemed to consent to receiving basic information — such as email and profile — from the relevant provider.

5.Provision and Modification of the Service

The Company provides AI-based visual and content generation features, including expanding a single product image into editorial, UGC, and short-form content, casting virtual models, and localizing content across multiple languages and markets.

The Company may add, change, or improve all or part of the features to enhance the quality of the Service. The Company aims to provide the Service year-round but may temporarily suspend all or part of it for unavoidable reasons such as system maintenance or replacement, failures, or force majeure.

6.Obligations of Users

Members must not engage in any of the following acts.

• Generating, posting, or distributing Content that violates law or these Terms, or that is contrary to public order and morals
• Infringing the rights of others, including copyright, likeness rights, trademark, or personal data
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, hacking, or attempting to extract the source of the Service or its AI models
• Using unauthorized automated means (crawlers, bots, scripts, etc.) to place excessive load on the Service or to harvest data
• Distributing malicious code, exploiting system vulnerabilities, impersonating others, or otherwise interfering with the normal operation of the Service

A Member who causes damage to the Company or a third party by violating these obligations shall be liable for such damage.

7.Content and Intellectual Property

Rights to the Content a Member uploads to the Service belong to the Member. The Member grants the Company a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and process such Content to the extent necessary to provide, operate, and improve the Service and to produce AI Output.

AI Output may be used within the scope set by the Member’s subscribed plan and these Terms, and the Member is responsible for ensuring that its use of AI Output does not infringe applicable law or the rights of third parties.

Intellectual property rights in the Service itself and in the software, design, trademarks, and logos that compose it belong to the Company or its rightful owners. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without the Company’s prior written consent.

8.Payment and Refunds

Certain features are offered through paid plans (monthly plan · annual pass) and top-up credits; pricing, terms and scope are as shown in the Service and in the summary shown right before payment.

Monthly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime. The annual pass is paid once for 12 months and does not renew automatically. Top-up credits are usable for 1 year from purchase.

Within 7 days of payment you may withdraw, with only the used share deducted; annual cancellation and other cases follow the Refund Policy (/refund). Trial credits are provided before payment.

9.Suspension and Termination of Service

A Member may apply to terminate the service agreement (withdraw membership) at any time through the procedures within the Service.

If a Member violates these Terms or the law, the Company may restrict or suspend use of the Service or terminate the service agreement after prior notice (or subsequent notice in urgent cases). Upon termination, the Company will handle the Member’s information in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

10.Disclaimer

AI Output is provided "as is," and the Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, legality, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI Output.

Members are responsible for verifying, before any commercial or external use, the legality of AI Output and whether it infringes third-party rights. The Company is not responsible for consequences arising from a failure to do so.

11.Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its control, including acts of God, force majeure, causes attributable to the Member, or failures of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with use of the Service, and bears no liability for free-of-charge services unless otherwise specifically provided by law.

12.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to these Terms and to matters relating to use of the Service.

In the event of a dispute between the Company and a Member relating to use of the Service, the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act and other applicable laws.
